[SOLVED] When I upgrade the RAM to 32 GB PC at infinite reboot

Hi,

My motherboard is gigabyte ga-h110m ds2v and I had 8GB RAM installed to it, I wanted to update to 32 GB and I got one 32 GB RAM and was fixed to a single port and PC was at a infinite reboot any idea why?

Thank you for the respond, Does it says anywhere that each slot only support 16gb. Sorry im not very technical.

If there is a newer version available, additional compatibility may have been added. Won't hurt to try it.

While it won't hurt to try, if you are using only one stick of RAM it will hurt your performance. Ideally 2x16 would be your best option.
