Right now I have my system setup with a 250GB SSD and another 1TB HDD. My OS is on the SSD with all my programs. The HDD is for all my other files like Pictures, Documents, GOG Games/Steam Games etc.

My question is this. When I upgrade to Windows 10, I'll be installing it on my SSD obviously, I just wanted to know if I'll have to wipe everything from my HDD for it to work with my Windows 10 installation? Or can I still use it as it is? I know that the games and programs installed on there wont work and that's no biggie for me but will I have to lose all of my Pictures and Documents and anything else that I have stored on there or will I be able to access it still once Windows 10 is installed?

I know, I know, I can back it all up first onto something else but honestly I have so much stuff on there that it would take me forever to do it and I simply don't have the time. Any help is appreciated and thanks for your time!

This will definitely work.
All of your documents will work fine, assuming you have the same software to open it up installed on your new windows 10.

The only issue will be if you installed programs on the hdd that had to store some files on the C (OS HDD).

In those rare cases, the software will need to be repaired, or reinstalled.
There is also an upgrade utility that will be implemented for windows 10, so you can simply "upgrade" your OS without losing data.
