when I use a fullscreen game on monitor 1 the second monitor bugs(can't explain the bug at all)

So I'm using windows 7 Professional. I was playing my games when suddenly the second monitor went bugged, like if it just shows a "cache image" of what was in the monitor and not showing what it is in the monitor.

One "solution" I could find was to enable Aero, but before there wasn't this bug without Aero.

CPU: I5-7500 running at 3.6ghz.
RAM: 16gb (2400mhz)
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
SSD(240gb), HDD(1tb).
PSU: 800W
OS: Windows 7 Professional. (6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Comp 7601).
2 monitors 1920x1080 both, one at 144hz and the other at 60hz

Anything else needed?
