when i watch youtube videos or netflix theres a glitch static effect on my screen

ok so whenever i got to watch some sort of video on youtube of netflix i get the glitch static thing on my screen i never used to have it before because i recently upgraded my card to a 1050ti so i think this could be a driver issue and i have to monitors and when i try the other monitor it glitches aswell
my specs are
i7 2600
8gb ram
1050ti
1tb hdd
please give me a solution

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Speaking of which, what is the make and model of your motherboard? You also forgot to mention what your older GPU was and what the make and model of your PSU was. Please include the age ofthe PSU as well.
