[SOLVED] When installing my new ram my display port and usb ports stop working.

So I recently got new ram which i tried to install to my computer when I turn on the computer I lights up and my fans start spinning but my usb ports and my display ports wont work I dont get an image. But when I switch back to my old ram it works fine.

My specs :

CPU : I7 9700k
GPU : RTX 2070 SUPER
Old RAM : 2x 8GB DDR4 Micron Technology 8ATF1G64AZ-3G2J1
PSU : EVGA 700W Br
MotherBoard : Gigabyte Z390 D

New RAM : 2x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RBG PRO 3200MHz

Try mixing ran positions.
Try it with 1 corsair stick in each slot,then do it with the other stick.
Then try different ocmbinations.

Found the problem and it was that 1 of the ram sticks was broken
