I have had this computer for a week or two, and it has not had any problems so far. It came with a 150gb ssd and I wanted to upgrade to more storage, so I installed two new hard drives. After installing the second 1.5tb hard drive the computer worked fine, it was after installing the 320gb hard drive from my old computer when the problems started happening. I'd plug in the sata cables and everything but when I'd turn it on it would be stuck at the windows 10 logo. I don't know if it is a problem with windows 10 or if there is a problem with the hard drive, anything helps though. Here are the specs of my computer:
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 34Gb of ddr3 ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (PNY), 149GB INTEL SSDSA2M160G2GN (SSD), 1397GB Seagate ST31500341AS (SATA)

I guess you're probably right, if you're having these results. However if you still have data on it, you might be able to extract it via data recovery software if you are able to connect the drive externally. Another option would be to try and access it via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD, to see if you're able to get to your files.
If you don't have any important files on it, well, at least you haven't lost anything except for the old drive. :)
Try to plug-in those HDDs separately... Try first as first, then second as second.. this should allow us to specify if there's error in one of them, or both of them... Now, I'm suspicious about it, if you have good Power Supply... Even my PC was overloaded because those components had too big TDP.

Let me try that out and see if it works, but I'm pretty sure my PSU is a 750 watt so it should be fine

Hey there, 17Spencerk.

Try connecting it to a different SATA port with different cables, to see if the same thing happens. If you can still boot to Windows with it when connected to your old computer, backup any important data which you might have on it, just to be on the safe side. After that go ahead and download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostics tool to test the drive and see if there are any issues with it. If everything seems to be OK and if you've backed up your data, you could consider formatting it either via a Windows installation media (USB or DVD), or by connecting it to a different computer externally (via a SATA to USB adapter, external enclosure, or a docking station), since you can't boot to Windows when it's connected internally. And reformat it to see if that fixes the issue. with booting to Windows when connected to the new computer.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.

When I disconnected the 1.5tb hard drive and plugged the sata cabled into the hardrive I'm having a problem with the computer would not even start up anymore

connected it to different sata cables and tried to turn on my computer but had the same problem, I think it is the hard drive that is the problem here because last time I used the hard drive my laptop would not start up, there was the same problem that I am having now. Except I could not see the windows logo because the screen was broken and plugged into the monitor.
