I ordered a Creative Technology Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus, which arrived today. After installing it into my oc I noticed that my main hard drive, which is on D, stopped appearing under file explorer. I spent the next 20-30 minutes trying to figure out if I accidently disconnected it to no avail. After getting fed up I tried a last hail merry of uninstalling the sound card. To my surprise, the hard drive reappeared as if there was no problem to begin with. I cant figure out whats causing this to happen and how I can have the sound card and hard drive installed at the same time

From what I saw, when the problem occurs my motherboard reads the code for IDE detect. After assessing what that could be, it seems that my PSU wattage is too low, and allocates the power that originally ran the hard drive to the new sound card. Does that seem correct?
