when is android 7.0 releasing?

has android 7.0 already been released or is it still yet to be released. and how can i know if my phone is compatible with it?

Update using your phone, the system update app will tell you if a compatible update is available.

Another method is to install your phone manufacturer's PC software, then connect phone to your PC using the data cable.
Update process will be quicker & more reliable that way compared to OTA updating.

my phone is a Huawei Gr5 and its currently running android 5.1 and it says i can update it to marshmallow.i want to know if its possible to directly update the device to 7.0 without going to 6.
