When is the release date of Samsung's SM961, PM961 and 960 Pro M.2 NVMe internal SSDs?

I have a new Dell Precision laptop which came with a 1TB HDD and i need an upgrade desperately. I've been advised to wait for a while because Samsung will release these new M.2 drives very soon. Do any one knows when these will be released for the US market?

I too would like to know, but my understanding is that the 960 series is currently unannounced. Perhaps the holiday season. Perhaps later. Nobody knows for certain.

They already released thier OEM nvme drive that come in up to 1 tb
