Does it matter if chips on the ram module have different density than the other ? and if so should i look for exactly the same or closely similar would do fine ?

The current ones are rectangles and the one i consider buying are squares

Everything else on the specs is stated the same (cl11 8gb 1600 mhz 1,5V 12800 max bandwith no ecc 240 pins)

Solution
Mixing RAM, even if the supposed exact same ones, is a crapshoot.
The only guarantee is to buy a set of whatever capacity you desire.

If you want 16GB, buy 16GB.
Not 8 now and 8 later.
