I just got myself new cpu, mono, and gpu because I was having issues with my games stuttering, freezing for a few seconds every minute, and getting artifacts. Everything was working fine for a few hours until now when I can’t even open any game without it restarting

Ryzen 7 3700x
32 g skills ddr 4
B450 tomohawk max
Rex 5700 xt
Rm 850 Corsair gold
I’m thinking it might be a psu problem because that’s the only thing I haven’t tested while I got new parts for everything else. I have already tested my ram and tried uninstalling my graphics driver and installing new ones, same thing occurs.
when my computer restarts, this shows up for a few seconds then I’m taken into my windows log in screen.
I think I had the psu for almost 3-4 years now which is why I think my psu is faulty
