Ok, So all of my Friends say I have a uniq problem here, I am almost certain that my PC is over cooled as it never has hot air even with it being under my desk with the side fan hole thingy being blocked (Moved it there to try and stop this problem), So when I start my PC all is fine, It just takes about 60 seconds to get up to normal running (Dose not freeze, I have read around, I don't have this problem) So during the day generly if I have only my internet browser open (Chrome) my videos I watch (Anime) Seem to start lagging and freeze framing about every 4-5 secs, But if I'm in a skype call I have no problem?

No sadly this is not all, after some time of gaming (About 6-8 Hours) At about 10:00pm and after, I start to get problems if I'm not doing anything that would realy use the cpu or Graphics card, If left not atended to, my PC will freeze usualy in the folowing hour, After relizing this, I now run games in the background (Battlefield 4 alt-tabed) and that seems to fix this, Also to further inlighten you, At around about 1:00am, 2-3 days ago I was casualy watching anime with Osu! runing in the background, I had no problems as I sometimes run Osu! insted of Battlefield 4 witch seems to do the trick, But I decided to close Osu! for no particuler reason,

With the folowing hours of enjoyment present, I decided to relax and not worry, But to my surprize my screens went black (I have 2 screens) Then after some time they came back on (Around 5-10 Seconds) and this happend 2 times with a gap of about 3-5 mins inbetween, After that it hapened again after another 5 mins, but this time my PC decided to enlighten me with a calming error that said something about my graphics card screwing up or something (At the time I thought that it was something to do with my pc being cold due to the imformation given) I then put Osu! back on, the problem was delt with acordingly, so if there is anyone out ther who may have information about this please help me out! (Also if if not noted i keep my window open at night because i find it refreshing)

Your PC is not "overcooled". That does not happen and unless your using very exotic cooling it can't get below ambient temp anyway which would still be a good thing. Its far more likely you either have a crappy PSU that has awful voltage regulation at idle, or a haswell CPU with the C6/C7 power States enable and your PSU does not support them.

You need to provide system specs any time you have a question.
