Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I give up trying to find the solution to my problem
I have this computer for 3 years, this problem appeared to me for more than a year now. I open my computer and it boots to windows, then it will randomly out of nowhere freeze while I'm doing something, from browsing to gaming, then crash, there's only a black screen, no blue screen, with the fans still turning and the MSI EZ Debug LED CPU light turning static, and the problem will disappear until the next time I open the PC, usually 1-3 days or pretty much random. I was running Windows 10 at the time, I replaced my RAM, reseated my CPU, heck unplugged everything then reassembled my PC just to ensure that there aren't any loose cables, alas the problem still remains, my friend told me it MIGHT be the Radeon driver issue since it's known for doing blue screen crashes.
Fast forward to October of 2022, I installed Windows 11 as it was stable now, to my delight the problem went away, however after 2 months, which is this week, said problem has returned.
It's difficult to replace other parts because I'm a broke college student, with the upgrade to windows 11 and problem disappearing for 2 months, it led me to believe this is definitely some sort of software issue and not a hardware issue. I've updated every driver and have used DDU multiple times.
is this DEFINITELY a software issue?
please help
