[SOLVED] When pc is connected to wifi everything in house stops working

When my windows 10 pc is connected to wifi, internet stops working for all other devices in the house.
Before this happened, my pc always froze and then turned off.
It isn’t much dust in the pc either.
And factory reset won’t work.
I tried the Command prompt method and all other methods i have found on the web that should work, but nothing worked. Anyone have any tips?
I haven’t tried the usb memory stick method becouse we dont have a usb memory stick in the house.

Question: what is that "Command prompt method" you are referring to? Or other "methods"?

There is quite a bit of misinformation on the web and, that aside, just knowing what has been tried and unsuccessful is relevant.

My first thought is a duplicate IP address.

What make and model modem do you have? What make and model router do you have?

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt on your Windows 10 pc?

Have you or anyone else set up Static IP addresses for any network devices?

Need to understand the bigger picture overall....
