So when I play games (it has also happend when Im not) I lose signal to both of my monitors and the pc kinda "crashes", I can't do anything and I gotta restart my pc. This happens everyday on my new built pc.

Do anyone know why this could be happening? Also, apps randomly crashes, like discord, radeon settings, chrome and what not. Both chrome and discord crashed three times in a row on me.

I have tried to use DDU and install the previous AMD drivers, I have also reinstalled windows 10 pro. This happend when I installed my new GPU into my new pc. (I used my old GTX 1050 2GB while I didn't have my new GPU)

PC SPECS:
Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Nitro+ OC
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (stock cooler)
MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 2x8 3200MHz
Corsair RM650x 80+
Fractal Design Meshify C

I haven't, but will do now next time it happens. This is getting really annoying..
