when playing rome 2

Hi im playing rome 2 and its always give me FPS drop and stutter

i have this set of computer:


gtx 650
fx msi 880gms-e41 fx
fx4100 oc (4.3ghz)
8gb ram
500gb WD


what is better to upgrade?? i have $250
fx 8350 + new mobo or gtx 760

you can also give me an advice!

FX 8350 + new mobo. Your cpu already is crap so new cpu and mobo will be better.
