When power button pushed it flashes and will not start up

When the CPU's start button is pushed it goes into this flashing mode. It used to start up eventually but now it will not. The CPU has a new Harddrive that was installed about 8 months ago.

Pushing the button many times to start up the computer usually means failing PSU, I guess this time it has failed completely!

as rolli59 says its a dead psu, had this happen on a few PCs before, just replace the psu and you should be fine.

I finally took it to our IT tech here at work and after someone else suggesting the same thing he nailed down the problem. Thanks for the responses.
