Firstly I cleaned my Pc, changed monitors hdmi cables. Then updated drivers. Then i took out the gpu and put it back and nothing helped.I sent my pc to a service to check it out, and after 2 weeks of testing they replaced the cpu, cpu fan and added an extra fan.Previously the problem came up every time i tried to load a game. Now it is much rarer for example today we played rust, and company of heroes and there were no problems, then after an hour of not playing i launched rust again and when starting to load the server in it said no hdmi signal again. Then I tested the system myself with 3dmark and there were no problems.I really don't understand what is happening.

Last tume something like that happened, I accidentally didn't plug in one of the power cords correctly into my GPU. It was plugged in, but not all the way, so when I started a game, the screen would go black as you described. So the first thing I would check is cabling both at the GPU and the PSU in case it's modular.

Further, as stated above it would be useful to know what components you have. So the full list of them, CPU, GPU, PSU, cooler, how many and what types of drives, fans, etc. Maybe the PSU isn't sufficient for load situations like yours, old, or simply crappy.

whole pc : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yxbZvVrEaERUX53idDNXWL5uv1bBt6YI/view?usp=sharing
CPU: I5-2400 with stock intel cooler
GPU: Sapphire rx 570 4gb (1 fan)
RAM: 4x4gb 1330 mhz
Storage: 240 gb Crucial ssd + 500gb hdd
PSU:Chieftec GPA-350S 350W(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yxdHknQuFX5wUCfX6j3hfk1HA9Csuzjg/view?usp=sharing)
Motherboard : Intel DQ67SW
1 added output fan in the back
Chieftec case
The thing is that it only happened once since i got my pc back from the service but I want to sell my pc and in order for this to happen I have to make sure that this problem is gone.
I have been using this PC for over 2 years now and there were no problems so far
Nothing is overclocked and gpu wasn't used for mining to my knowledge

Yeah, soulds like a power issue. 350W isn't much even by standards back then. I would recommend you take a look at rhis list and pick a decent PSU of 550-600W. I'mpersonally a fan of BeQuiet! PSUs, to add to the above recommendations. B tier should be fine in your case I think:
