Question When replacing UPS battery, is using after market okay?

The battery on my Cyber power 1500 is dead, i was wonder do i need to get battery from manufacture or is going with aftermarket say from Amazon okay?

Any battery with same amperage will be same thing.

I never buy expensive OEM batteries!
Two additional things to watch beyond same capacity.

1. Make sure + terminal is on the same side as your battery or your wires may not reach
2. There are typically two terminal sizes (F1 and F2 ) so make sure you get the correct size for your UPS . F2 is 1/4" and F1 is narrower
