When should I build a PC?

It is currently September 13 and I am finding some great deals on PC components, like a i5 6600k for 210 USD. Should I buy now or should I wait until November for black Friday and cyber Monday? This will be my first build.

There are great deals all the time. No need to wait. The black Friday deals usually aren't TOO amazing.
