Hi,

After a lot of scouring Gumtree and Ebay, I have just decided to build my PC. The cryptocurrency palava is still going on, and that has raised prices quite a bit. When is the cryptocurrency crash going to happen? What time is the best for this build to be built? I wanted to build ASAP.
Intel Pentium G4600
EVGA GTX 1050ti
Gigabyte B250M-EVO
8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX
250GB WD Blue SSD
450W EVGA Power Supply

Another question, is this build going to be enough for running 1080p on every game I throw at it?
Am going to throw games like GTA 5, Overwatch, and Rocket League.

Sick of hearing how Pentium is a bad CPU, and also how i5 is really good. always had that type of mindset. Please advise me on a good starter build for the triple A types of games too!

Solution
I like your budget build.
It has a balance of cpu to graphics that you usually want, namely 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card.
You will find that most games respond well to higher single thread performance that the G4600 delivers.
SSD is a very good option; I like Samsung better for the 5 year warranty.
Make that a 2 x4gb ram kit for faster dual channel operation.

If you might want a stronger graphics card, I might look at 500w or more for the psu.
Seasonic S12II in 520w and 620w seems to be inexpensive.

When you buy that evga GTX1050ti, be sure to register it with EVGA for the lifetime warranty and also for the 90 day free upgrade option. Read the fine print on that.
