Hi, so tomorrow I am getting a new gfx card. Right now I have a gtx 660 and will be putting in a gtx 970. Should I uninstall the 660 drivers after putting in the 970? Or should I uninstall them with the 660 in the turn off my comp and so forth?
Thanks for all help!

Solution
Nope leave the 660 card in the system.
Uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.

Then shut your system down via windows.

Pull the card.
Put your 970 in, making sure you connect all the power the card requires direct from your PSU in the system.
Let windows load up.
And go to the Nvidia web site and support section of it to download the latest driver.
Install the new driver.
Restart your system once again.
Let windows load.
And your good to go.

Merry Christmas.
