I"m trying to debug my computer. It was working fine then after a restart the computer would boot but have no display or any power from usb slots. However both cpu and psu fans would spin.
My question is how many parts need to be assembled for me to use the usb ports? I exchanged my mobo for new one and have the processor and power supply plugged in. Should my usb work at this point and therefore think the problem is either psu or processor, or do I need my graphics card and ram plugged in for my usb ports to work.
