Question When SSD plug no post no boot

Jun 8, 2015
I just change hardware to the
ryzen 5 3600
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 AM4
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB

And I'm using the same SSD than before wich is a Kingston SSDNow V300. and I have a harddrive : Refurbished: HGST/Hitachi Ultrastar 7K3000

Since I'm on windows 10 I didn't re-format but I know I probably should, but when my SSD is plug in there is no post, no boot, no screen, keyboard and mouse does not light up.
If I unplug the SSD then I go to the bios but of course I got the message that there is no OS to bot.
I found a work around that prove that the SSD is not the problem,
I have to start the PC with the SSD unplug, then when I have the message that there is no OS found, plug the SSD back and hit the reset button, now on the reset the PC will start normally with the SSD no problem.
But still, it is not fun to have to unplug and replug the SSD everytime I want to boot my PC.
Anyone know what the problem is?
