Hello Community,
So I didn't exactly know what category this question should go in, but I decided motherboard because the problem seems to be with the motherboard. Now to build off of the title, when I start up my computer the msi z97 pc mate (motherboard I'm using) logo appears, but after a few seconds a little windows loading circle pops up in the middle, even though there is no windows logo and the msi logo is still there. I will include a video to show more what I mean as well. (a link to one) Anyway, I didn't really think this was much of a problem, but rather just a graphical error, BUT then I tried to go into bios to disable driver signing (I found a workaround) and it wouldn't work, even though I was pressing the delete key again and again like the motherboard was telling me to do. Now this wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that there are times that I will want to/NEED to get into the bios, which is why I really need to find a solution to the problem. If it helps at all, I just built my pc this morning so it is very new with all new components. Thanks in advance to any advice you can give me!
