Hello Community,
So I didn't exactly know what category this question should go in, but I decided motherboard because the problem seems to be with the motherboard. Now to build off of the title, when I start up my computer the msi z97 pc mate (motherboard I'm using) logo appears, but after a few seconds a little windows loading circle pops up in the middle, even though there is no windows logo and the msi logo is still there. I will include a video to show more what I mean as well. (a link to one) Anyway, I didn't really think this was much of a problem, but rather just a graphical error, BUT then I tried to go into bios to disable driver signing (I found a workaround) and it wouldn't work, even though I was pressing the delete key again and again like the motherboard was telling me to do. Now this wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that there are times that I will want to/NEED to get into the bios, which is why I really need to find a solution to the problem. If it helps at all, I just built my pc this morning so it is very new with all new components. Thanks in advance to any advice you can give me!

Solution
If you could enter BIOS before it starts booting to OS, you could set Factory Defaults, which would be same thing, or Optimized defaults.Check your manual to see which button to press.

Aw, that's kind of a problem because it's so hard to take off my front panel on my case, is there any way to do it without taking it off? (I saw in the motherboard manual msi fast boot was mentioned as another way to get to bios)

Alright, thanks for the help, I got into the bios using windows advanced startup option. That solves the issue of getting into bios when I want to. If I need to I'll just set to factory defaults. Thanks for the help!
