My monitor resolution is 2560x1080 and it's cut off on both the left and right sides of the screen. I can't figure out how to fix it. Here's a picture to show what I'm getting

Please look at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/tv-resolutions

The Xbox does not support your monitor resolution. Most likely the monitor itself was just stretching the image from 16:9 to 21:9, or perhaps zooming the image. The black bars are the correct way to display the image.
I've been playing off this monitor for awhile now and don't get the black bars when playing straight from the Xbox itself, it's once I hit that stream button on Windows 10 is when the bars pop up. So I'll have to try changing the aspect ratio to get rid of these black bars?
