Question When switching on pc no response in pc (no lights and not running fans)

Dear sir,

My cpu doesn't power on,
Am already changed my SMPS, thats working properly,
But systems not turning on
No response at any part
Not processor fan running,
Not led lights running,
Not Smps fan running,
Not processor heating,
Please tell me what am do.....?
