Question When taking out thx 970 I accidentally pushed down on fan now it won’t spin

I was taking out a gtx 970 and I accidentally pushed on the fan when pulling it out and it made a click now only one fan is spinning and the other one is going back and forth like it’s twitching or stuck on something I don’t know how to fix it here’s a video of some one else that has the same problem
