Hi
So as you can see the title says it all
My GPU is gtx 1070 G1 gaming and I didnt change the thermal paste ever since I bought this GPU
I know the right moment to change it is when the temp isn't normal but changing GPU thermal paste isnt that ez like CPU
So I wonder If I should change it because I literally live in one of the hottest city in the world and its been 4 years but on the other hand the temp seems to be fine
With 1389 fan speed(33%) the temp on idle is around 33-35C
And with 70% load its around 58-61C
Should I change it or not?
Which stress test and benchmark is good to see GPU temp at its highest peak?

Solution
unless temps are super higher than normal threshold dont mess with changing thermal paste unless the thermal paste job is awful. Even if the thermal paste is applied correctly you would only potentially reduce temps by a few degrees nothing drastic

I'm definitely not ready for a new one xD
That's why I want to change its paste to prevent heat dmg to gpu
So I dont know if that temp is normal or not
Im gonna take some tests today To see its peak temp

So I took some tests with 33% fan speed and 1987 Mhz temp was 63C
And with 80% fan speed and 1987 Mhz temp was 52C
That was kinda surprising
And CPU temp was 42C with 3900 clock
So I guess No need to change thermal paste for now
Btw VCore was 1.296 with 3900(I5 6600K)Isn't it kinda high?

You are right
I just saw some videos of G1 gaming that they changed its thermal paste
It's a messy job I have to say
About VCore voltage I didnt Overclock it and yet it has 1.296 with3900(I5 6600K) Isnt it dangerous?
The highest VCore is 1.312
I guess it's high for 3900 MHz but again temp of cpu at 100% load is around 46C
