When to install Windows 10 on a PC build?

So lets pretend i've built my pc, all components have been fitted and i'm just about to run a test boot, when do I put my windows 10 disc into my optical drive and get installing?

I like to run MEMTEST for 24 hours before starting an OS install. I know the system hardware is pretty stable before I start. I have gotten memory sticks that had a problem. I don't chase gremlins this way.

I install at the second power on. I first enter the BIOS and set boot order and all that, press F10 to save and exit, power down and finally reboot and insert disc. If I have more than 1 HDD/SSD I will only install the SSD that will be the boot drive while I am installing. After I have 10 installed as well as all the drivers I will power down and install the rest of my drives(4 HDDs). Then I will power on, set boot order and F10.

Power up to verify you are getting a signal to the monitor, and that you can open up the BIOS.
Assuming that works...
Power off
put your OS install dick in
Power up and boot from that.
Proceed with the install...

there only two things that new build should do before the os goes on. one is boot into the bios and sit at the temp screen for 30 min. make sure cpu temps are fine and there no burning smell or shut down from the rig. after 20 min. i reboot and put the newest bios file on the mb.
