when tried to dule boot Mac OS X 10.8 , warning generates: Can't install on windows NTFS

my system is having window7
a 320gb hard disk{3 partiations}

i tried on all 3-partiations

Your post is a little short of detail - for example what computer you are trying to install OS X on. If it's not a Mac then it's not trivial; in that case you need to research "Hackintosh". It may, or may not, be possible to install OS X on your computer.
