When turning on my Pixma MP560, a message "B200 Printer error has occured. Unplug the power cord and contact the service center". Any ideas on what the problem is?

Remove the power cord from the back of the printer and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.

it didn't come back to normal printing mode. the b200 error code keeps appearing
