When turning volume down to 0 i hear POP sound for my headphones

why is that happening and sometimes it randomly pops

Can you please confirm if it is the popping sound or the default 'ding' sound that comes up every time you change the volume level?

Meanwhile, please ensure that it's the master volume you're reducing to zero and not the volume for any other app. You can right-click the speaker icon from the notification area, click Open Volume Mixer, and make the appropriate adjustments from there.

just tested and its not the default 'ding' sound and i only hear the popping sound when i put my speaker volume to 0 so i think it has to do with my headphones

tried using diffrent headphones still hear that sound and on other devices it doesnt happen so i think its my pc

You can always get a cheap discrete soundcard these days. Sounds like your audio is flaking out
