When we open word file getting error message file encrypted or not permission

I install k7 antivirus total secuirity in customer computer after installation some ms office file deleted automatically and some word file icon color changed into green and not open give the error mesage file is encrypted or u hav not permission.

PS: Have heard K7 has excellent detection rate, but cleanup is not so good.
