When will the RTX 2080 TI Founders Edition be available to pre-order?

Hello, I would like to know if we know the time, or if there are any rumors to when the RTX 2080 TI Founders Edition will be released and if it is worth it to get it and not just get the RTX 2080 TI.

RTX 2080 (ti) will be avaible @ 20th september.
We have to wait for independend tests to see if the price tag is worth the performance
