When will the XR341CKA be available to purchase?

Do you guys think it would be wise to buy this monitor on release or wait for it to become cheaper, also when will I be able to purchase it? I found the XR341CK but that is the freesync version and I need the higher refresh rate. If you think I should wait, when will a similar monitor come? Will it be cheaper? Thanks guys
