Question when windows boots up I only see a windows logo and no spinning dots.

I have had this gaming pc for 3 months now and a few day ago I got the blue screen of death and after that when I start up the pc it does not do anything pls help.
specs are:

-gtx 1050
-psu 650w
-intel core i5 4400k
-gigabyte mother board
-Windows 10

What BSOD are you getting? And what is the exact make and model of your PSU?
