the only thing controlled by my motherboard is the liquid cooler, all other fans are at full speed which is weird since when the full blast thing happens they get way louder which means the RPM goes up? how can the RPM go higher than full speed which it was already on?
Not sure what the cause is, but it may be by design.
Regardless, it's kind of a blessing because once you shut a warm system down,
the only cooling it gets is the ambient air. At least for 2 seconds it had a nice
kick of cooling assistance before shutdown !
