Whenever i start-up i face this problem!

I've got a new Samsung laptop and whenever i boot it up i get a message saying "installation may take several minutes.please wait." The thing is nothing ends up installing.I've checked my task manager and all it says is running is 'install'.I've also disabled my windows and comodo firewall and still nothing. Please can you help me to get rid of this thing!
Also i've gone onto msconfig but on my start up menu the 'installer' isn't there to delete 🙁
please help

there is no particular way to solve but the only way is to reintall your os again.

ok, if its new, take it back, get your supplier to deal with it, you are paying for it afterall.

i brought it off of amazon.And how do i re-install my os and does it delete any data?

reinstalling the OS usually requires you to use the install disc and you lose all your data. if you don't have the disc, you should probably get amazon to deal with it as 13thmonkey suggested
