[SOLVED] Where are images stored on an infrared device?

I have an old Casio Wrist Camera that used infrared technology. I deleted some photos on it many years ago and was wondering if there is any kind of scan you can do to get the photos back. Thanks.

OK, I see that it has a proprietary IR thing you connect to a PC, and the camera beams the pics through that module to the PC.
The pic storage is a 1megabyte module directly on the 'motherboard' in the watch/camera. There is no way to directly access it.
