Where are SSDs connected?

I want to know that where are SSDs connected.......Which cable is used?

Normal SATA cables the same as any SATA drive, a few ultra high performance ones connect via PCIE.

High-performance in the sense the once that are 500gb or 1tb?
and are their any SATA to USB converter cable

As in 2Gbps/1Gbps intel 910 series.

Search " USB3 SATA 2.5 inch enclosure" on amazon to plug the SSD in via usb. (Can't use as primary boot drive though)

High performance as in great data transfer speeds, & yes but it's garbage, use a SATA port.

depends on the computer and the drive - the vast majority connect to a SATA port on your motherboard. Newer laptops and a few motherboards have an mSATA port - it is similar to a mini PCI slot.

What type of system are you wanting to install a solid state drive in?
