Where can I buy a new gtx 760?

This might sound like a stupid question but I want to buy a gtx 760 graphics card online and I have no idea from where. All the ones I found are used. The ones they sell in my country are used AND more expensive than the new ones.
So can anyone tell me where to buy a new one? Also I've heard that I can buy a new one for about 100$ is that true? If so it would be great

This is three-year old model - centuries for GPUs, so don't be surprised to see only used ones.
