For the SSD the cheapest you can get with any sort of quality is a crucial mx100.
Anything cheaper (pny, team, kingston, etc) is cheap because it is well cheap.

Look here. The list includes SSDs so you will have to sort a bit but I'm sure you can find something in your price range.
