Where can I get an os disk for windows 7/8 I don't have a current pc so can't install through usb and what's the difference between the regular one and pro

The main difference between home and PRO versions is that PRO has features for a business environment, like being able to join a domin, use remote desktop features, have location aware printing, and use Windows XP mode. You don't really need PRO unless you're either a power user or in an office environment.
