There are too many variables that will affect the processor heat. Ambient temp, number of fans, cooler type, thermal paste, amount of thermal paste, type of load on cpu, overclock, radiator size, silicone lottery, etc.
If you don't overclock and let says you playing games CPU demanding games or programs, you temp does not exceed 65c, its good in my book.
