Where can I download D3DOverrider to force Triple Buffering?

Hi, where can I download this program to use triple buffering? I want to force it in AC4. And once I download it how do I use it?

Okay well I tried that and when I click on the exe nothing happens at all. I try to run it as admin and still nothing happens.

Would Nivida Inspector being able to force triple buffering in Ac4?

did you try the compatibility mode for win 7 .
