where can i download intel turbo boost to speed up my CPU

I have a i5 2400 processor and i accidentaly uninstalled the turbo boost program because im an idiot, where can i download it again?

IIRC the turbo boost program just shows you what speed it's running at; the actual turbo boost happens under the hood, and works without the software.
