where can I download sm bus contoller driver for asus x53e laptop

I am unable to find and install driver(s) for my recently purchased (private buy) asus x53e laptop. tried using asus web support. very confusing. can you help? in device manager SM Bus controller" is showing yellow no driver installed no disks were given to me by previous owner. says he never had any disks or had disks made. i.e. recovery, repair etc.

Your laptop is intel system, the SM Bus controller comes with the intel chipset driver, you can download it from intel website, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775 because your don't post the laptop model, so before you download the chipset driver, read the " realease notes " to see the cpu is in the list or not, but I think it will be in the list. http://downloadmirror.intel.com/20775/eng/ReleaseNotes10.0.13.htm
