Not a very common value there. (At least as far as I know, current sense
resistors tend to be smaller than that now-a-days.) You could put two 0.2's
in series...
Try Digikey and type 13FR200-ND into the search box.

www.digikey.com has a number of values close to 0.4 ohms. (0.33, 0.47, 0.50) http://www.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Filter
If the above filter link doesn't work, go to their main page and do a
search for resistor wirewound.
