Where can i find a 4-pin connector fan controller

I coulden find anything on web. But is it just to use one with 3-pin will that work?

The 4 Pin connectors are PWM fans, which are automatically controlled by the Mobo or by an AUTOMATIC controller.
If you're looking for a controller to control the fans manually, they're all going to be 3 Pin ones.
Yes, a 3 Pin connector will work in a 4 pin connector, only the automated processes aren't going to happen and you'll need to set the fan speed through the BIOS.
